A Registered Public Benefit Organisation – Serving Communities Through Innovation

CEMRO‑SA is a Non Profit Company, registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) with Section 18A approval, recognised under South African law. Our mandate is clear and focused on three approved activities:

  • The protection of the safety of the general public

Through partnerships with neighbourhood watches and community safety organisations, our mission is to provide drone surveillance services that enhance situational awareness, and keeping volunteers safe while in the same time contribute in deterring crime.

  • The rescue or care of persons in distress

Our aim is to deploy trained personnel, drone technology, and rapid response systems to assist individuals in emergencies. (Search & Rescue)

  • The provision of health care services to poor and needy persons

Through collaborative partnerships, as part of our community upliftment projects, we aim to provide lifesaving support by offering first aid training, equipping volunteers as first responders, and delivering emergency medical supplies via drones to stabilise patients until professional medical teams arrive.

Supporting Neighbourhood Watches & Public Safety Initiatives

 

Safety is everyone’s right. That’s why CEMRO‑SA works hand‑in‑hand with neighbourhood watches, community safety forums, government and local organisations to protect the public.

Our projects include:

  • Drone Surveillance Services: Helping Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Private Security and volunteers monitor and respond to threats quickly.
  • First Aid Training: Giving community members the skills to act as first responders during medical incidents.
  • Drone‑Delivered Medical Kits: Supplying life-saving devices and other emergency medical bags to first responders when every second counts.
  • Public Safety Support: Strengthening neighbourhood watches and community initiatives to uphold the safety of the general public.
  • Live Personal Tracking & Intervention Services (More specifically aimed at our International Visitors).
  • Emergency Tactical Intervention through 3rd party service providers.
