ABOUT US
FOUNDED ON A PROMISE: NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE ALONE WHEN HELP IS NEEDED
CEMRO‑SA began with a group of friends — local and abroad — who saw a need: South African citizens, tourists, students, and business travellers often had nowhere to turn when something went wrong far from home.
That need became urgent when a young international student went missing while hiking in Cape Town. Her family, thousands of kilometres away, had no way to reach her and no one to call.
It’s a loss that shaped our mission: to ensure no one faces danger alone. Today, CEMRO‑SA exists to provide reliable tracking, rapid response, and a number someone can always call — because every life deserves help within reach.

PROTECTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC
Drone surveillance in partnership with neighbourhood watches and community safety organisations — improving situational awareness, keeping volunteers safe, and deterring crime.
Rescue & Care of Persons in Distress
Trained personnel, drone technology and rapid-response systems deployed to reach people in emergencies — wherever they are, as fast as possible.
Care for the Poor & Needy
First aid training, volunteer first-responder programmes, and drone-delivered medical supplies that stabilise patients until professional teams arrive.
COMMUNITY SAFETY PROJECTS
Supporting neighbourhood watches, block by block.
We work hand-in-hand with neighbourhood watches, community safety forums, government and local organisations across urban and rural areas.
DRONE SURVEILANCE
Helping volunteer patrollers monitor and respond to threats quickly and safely.

Equipping community members with the skills to act as first responders during medical incidents.
