Our Control Centre also coordinates with other emergency services as needed, managing all incidents through our resources.
How it works:
1. Activate: In any emergency, press the button on the device three consecutive times.
2. Alert & Dispatch: Our 24/7 Control Room instantly receives an alert with your information and real-time location. Within seconds, they contact you to understand the emergency while simultaneously dispatching the nearest armed response vehicle via our smart, autonomous dispatch platform. The closest responder is guided to your precise GPS location using an in-vehicle device, ensuring they can always find you.
3. Missing Persons: For missing persons, we can provide their current or last known location to aid in search and rescue efforts. (This service requires a signed NDA with client instructions to protect privacy.)
